Kiyado Innovations LLP Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which Kiyado Innovations LLP (“Kiyado”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) will issue refunds for software development and digital marketing services. This Policy is governed by the laws of India.

Eligibility for Refunds

You will be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Project Not Started: If the project has not been started and no work has been performed, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • Delivery Failure: If Kiyado fails to deliver the software or digital marketing services as promised in the signed proposal or service agreement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the failure. To be eligible, you must provide written notice of the delivery failure within a reasonable timeframe, typically 15 days after the agreed-upon delivery date. We will work diligently to rectify the issue. If a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached, a refund will be processed.

Partial Refunds

In cases where the project has been partially completed but fails to meet the agreed-upon deliverables, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the percentage of the project completed and the value of the undelivered services.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Preliminary Work: Costs associated with initial consultations, project scoping, and other preliminary work may not be refundable, even if the project does not proceed. This will be clearly outlined in the proposal or service agreement.
  • Approved Work: If you approve any deliverables during the project, those specific services become non-refundable.
  • Client-Caused Delays: If project delays are caused by the client, such as late approvals, changing requirements outside the scope of the agreement, or providing insufficient information, refunds will not be granted.
