Our story

Built for the moment search changed

For most of the last two decades, getting found meant one thing: ranking on Google. We spent those years doing exactly that — technical SEO, content, and the authority work that earns durable rankings for brands across markets.

Then search split in two. Buyers started asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for recommendations before they ever opened a results page. Suddenly, being the tenth blue link wasn’t enough — you had to be the brand the AI named.

We saw it early, and built a practice around it. Today Kiyado pairs classic SEO with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — so our clients win on both fronts: ranked on Google, and recommended by AI. Same foundation of authority, two surfaces of visibility.

We’re deliberately remote-first. It keeps us lean, keeps client pricing competitive, and lets us bring genuine local strategy to businesses in 17 cities without the overhead of a local office in each.
